Hypnosis is a natural state of mind; people are often surprised that they hear every word and could get up and walk out of the room at any moment. Unless you enter a deeper state, you may not seem any different, just very relaxed.

Hypnosis is never dangerous.  What you see on TV is not real hypnosis.  You will never do anything that you don’t want to do while under hypnosis.  Hypnosis simply helps you to reinforce good habits that you desire to do.

Dr. Aitken will discuss what you want to resolve or strengthen through hypnosis.  You will sit back in a chair and relax as Dr. Aitken places you into a state of deep relaxation.  Based on your prior discussion, Dr. Aitken will offer suggestions to help you to eliminates your addictions, help you to sleep, improve concentration and public speaking or whatever you want to improve upon.

At the end of your session, Dr. Aitken will bring you out of your state of relaxation and finish your session.
